His name is Iljaz Ahmed, a 26 year old Pakistani (not Indian) and he is in the Philippines, and went to see the Lucban San Isidro Pahiyas Festival last May 15, 2009. He claims to be 8 feet and four inches and weighs 287 pounds.
The gigantic Pakistani has come to the Philippines to raise funds for his right leg operation which was injured in a car accident. Doctors told him the operation would cost $50,000 and so in 2006, he embarked on a tour to raise money for his operation.
He has raised some funds during the festival where they offered to take photographs with him for a Php 50.00 fee.
