Bus seats are reserved on a first-pay, first-served basis. Only participants with confirmed payment will have their seats permanently reserved.
If you have made prior reservations and your reserved seat has become unavailable, it has been assigned to another participant. Please check back the Seat Layout before sending your payment and inform us immediately of the new seat you wish to reserve. And once you have made payment, please inform us by text or email immediately so we can mark the seats for you.
